Guinea Pigs are rodents but unlike all other rodents, their young are born fully developed with a full coat of hair and eyes open. They will start wandering around in an hour after birth and can take solid food a day or two later.
Guinea Pigs are ideal pets because they are affectionate and social, are cheap to buy and maintain and rarely bite, don't require vaccinations and are not prone to disease, don't smell because unlike their fellow rodents, they don't have musk glands, can be litter trained although they have a short bladder span, don't require a lot of space and are thus ideal for people living in small dwellings like apartments or townhouses.
I handle the babies from a very young age, so they don’t fear humans, most can be picked up without a problem, some are a little bit jumpy. They are wormed and treated for fleas, mites and parasites.
These guinea pigs are for PETS ONLY. If I SUSPECT you want them for SNAKE FOOD, I reserve the right to NOT sell you a guinea pig.
If you have to find an urgent home for your guinea pig/s, if you are moving away or the like, or just can’t keep them, I can take them and try finding a good home for them or i might even decide to keep him/her/them. If you are going away I can board them til you get back.

All guinea pigs deserve a good home!
